All reports contain information based on a significant
number of survey participants: these reports are never
based on individual conclusions.
Our commitment

will not sell or reveal individual answers to any person
outside of the organization requesting its service. datosclaros does not sell
lists of persons, e-mail addresses, or demographical information.
The information of any company that hires datosclaros
is the exclusive property of that company. Although information
from several different companies may be used to obtain
general statistics, no specific information related to
any of the companies will ever be revealed. datosclaros subscribes
to the professional ethic norms that stand in both Argentine
and international associations of market research and
public opinion (ESOMAR, SAIMO).
Good practices according to international standards are
applied in all services offered by our firm.
Information Obtained
The registration form for joining
the Web Panel at datosclaros
requires that members provide certain contact information
(name, e-mail, etc.); demographic information (name, e-mail,
etc.), and certain facts related to personal interests,
hobbies, etc. This information is utilized to select panelists
to participate only in surveys that are truly related
to their areas of interest.
Members of the Web Panel will only be contacted by datosclaros
for the following:
Invitations to participate in surveys
Information on the results of certain surveys
Information on prizes and incentives
Security
All Web Panel members will receive
a user name and password to participate in each of the
surveys. In case a user forgets his/her password, he/she
can contact the technical support department at datosclaros
to receive the password and/or modify it if desired.
Cancelling a Subscription to
the Web Panel
Membership in our Web Panel is voluntary. If a member
wishes to cancel his/her subscription, he/she must send
an e-mail to soporte@datosclaros.com
and title the mail "cancel subscription" or
respond to one of the invitations to participate in
a survey with the same mail title.
