Our studies assess the general consumer satisfaction in relation to the attributes that are involved in satisfaction. Depending on the cases, traditional methods (telephone or in-person interviews) or a mixed technique that combines online/telephone/in-person interviews will be used to take advantage of the best aspects of the different techniques. This allows us to meet the study objectives as efficiently as possible.
Customer satisfaction studies are a powerful tool for understanding the way in which clients perceive the value of a company’s products or services. Our customer satisfaction studies evaluate different areas and contextualize the company within a general benchmark.
DatosClaros has the in-house resources necessary to do both study techniques. The response rate of our studies is between 70-80%. Our analysis is based on multivariate statistics and is geared towards decision making. Based on the satisfaction studies we have done, we have constructed our own database that we use to make the benchmark that contextualizes the information obtained based on the year and the business sector.
