In 2012 we began to explore online surveys that combined fun contents and story–telling. We then compared the use of two types of surveys, Clasik and Ludik, asking the same questions in different ways.
In 2013, we continued the experience and presented a case study in the San Pablo Conference in conjunction with Molinos.
