Virtual Focus is a platform developed on a chat engine. It was designed by DatosClaros to conduct interviews and online focus groups.

Adding versatility to online research

To implement Virtual Focus, a moderator specializing in motivational research techniques is required. He/she must be trained in research.

Using Virtual Focus, the moderator prepares a set of stimuli (commercials, images, websites) that participants can observe at different points during the group discussion. At the same time, clients can watch what is happening during the discussion from their office PCs or remotely.

Multiple functions for market research

Virtual Focus is a tool with multiple functionalities, specially designed for doing market research online. It allows projects to be managed in different discussion rooms and with a maximum number of participants per room. Participants log on with a user name and password. Buttons are configured by the moderator and can be edited to ensure fluid communications.
